Enviral campaign launch
Our eclectic mix of members range from graphic designers and photographers to sustainability consultants and writers. Gather Round is always a hive of activity with a great mix of projects coming and going, so we thought it was about time we shouted about the great work that goes on. Here’s this week’s shout out to the guys at purpose-led comms agency, Enviral.
This month the Enviral team created a multi-channel campaign for leading local renewable energy provider, Good Energy to highlight the devastating effects of climate breakdown.
Not only is this their first TV & radio advert, but it was also created in the midst of the global pandemic and required strict COVID-19 protocols to ensure a safe set for everyone involved. We think they deserve a round of applause!
Being an agency with expertise in purpose-driven communications, Enviral had to make sure the whole process was carried out as sustainably as possible. This included using local suppliers and props where possible, offsetting travel, buying in vegan catering and ensuring a single-use plastic-free set. Using an environmental photoshoot guide, the team ensured everyone adhered to these policies and played their part in making sure they had minimal impact on the planet.
With rotations on national TV and radio stations, it’s hoped the campaign will raise awareness of the impacts of the climate emergency and with global renewable electricity installation set to hit a record level in 2020, help showcase how renewables can safeguard our homes.

It’s awesome to help raise awareness around the role of renewables in safeguarding our planet with such a great client, especially at a time when there is so much confusion in the energy market with brands hyperinflating their sustainability credentials.”
Featuring scenes of forest fires and flooded homes, along with an optimistic scene of a renewable energy powered home, the ad re-creates a school science fair to show the future that younger generations are currently facing.
