- This promotional offer is valid exclusively for new sign-ups (defined as individuals or businesses who have not held a Gather Round membership in the preceding 12 months).
- Applicable only to Part-time Flexi, Full-time Flexi, and Resident membership packages across all locations. Day Pass bookings and Studio and Virtual memberships are strictly excluded.
- Members must commit to a minimum 3-month agreement.
- Month 1: First FULL calendar month free.
- Months 2 & 3: Standard monthly fees apply and will be billed on the 1st of each month.
- Pro-Rata Start: If your start date falls mid-month, you will pay a pro-rata charge for the remaining days of that initial partial month. Your free month will apply to your first full calendar month starting on the 1st. The 3-month minimum commitment will cover the initial partial month plus 3 full calendar months.
- Following Month 3, memberships automatically roll over month-to-month at standard rates unless 1 full calendar month’s written notice to cancel is given prior to the agreement end date.
- Contracts must be signed between 14th September 2026 and 31st October 2026, with specified start dates between 1st October 2026 and 1st November 2026.
- The offer is only issued once the contract is signed and the required deposit is paid in full.
- Security deposits are refundable in accordance with standard membership terms, provided all term commitments are met.
- If a member terminates the agreement, defaults, or breaches terms prior to completing the 3-month minimum commitment, the market value of the discounted/free month will become immediately due and payable.
- This offer cannot be used retrospectively, is non-transferable, has no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be combined with any other offer or discount. Final qualification is at the Community Manager’s discretion. Gather Round Limited reserves the right to revoke the offer or amend these terms at any time.
